Steps to Forming a Wyoming Corporation

1. Obtain Articles of Organization Form Articles of Organization are the official document filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State to form a Wyoming LLC. Name of the Limited Liability Company Name reservations are not required before filing your Articles of Organization.
